Requirements and responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing applications to identify opportunities for consolidation, optimization, and decommissioning.
  • Assess and review current application capabilities to determine suitability for migration and make recommendations for improvements and necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze and review business criticality of portfolio applications and ensure compliance with organizational standards and strategic goals.
  • Work closely with diverse and complex stakeholders, including music publishing professionals, IT teams, Portfolio owners, to gather requirements, provide insights, and drive decision-making processes.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders, Portfolio owners, other Business owners from the organisation to gather and collate data related to application eco-system.
  • Prepare detailed reports, business cases, and documentation to support application rationalization and migration strategies.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 5 years in a Product owner role
  • Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes/ process mapping;
  • Demonstrable evidence of using Gartner TIME framework and other such frameworks
  • Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and document concepts, processes, and ideas to the widest possible audience;
  • A proven track record in Software Development;
  • End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle;
  • Proven experience interacting directly with end users and stakeholders;
  • Results-orientated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A good understanding of Agile project methodology;
  • Experience with rationalisation programs is a plus
