Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA with a keen eye for detail to join our Angry Birds Friends team! This role involves leading QA efforts, mentoring other testers, and ensuring the highest quality for our beloved mobile game.  It is a high-impact position with the potential to shape the future of Angry Birds Friends.

The team is located in Espoo and Barcelona. We work in a hybrid model working from the office 2 days a week. If you are currently not based in Finland or Spain, we would be happy to provide you relocation support.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

    • Developing and executing testing strategies, managing external testing, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage
    • Owning all aspects of quality for a flagship mobile game, from design to release
    • Promoting best practices, investigating live issues, and advocating for quality at all stages of development
    • Providing guidance and support to the game team, inspiring them to achieve the highest quality standards
    • Continuously refining QA processes, tools, and workflows for maximum efficiency

Experience and skills we are looking for:

    • Proficiency with defect management, test management, and reporting tools
    • Experience with version control, CI, and game development tools
    • Familiarity with JSON and other data formats
    • Understanding of mobile platforms, hardware, and store portals
    • Experience with configuration and content management tools (including A/B testing)
    • Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving
    • The ability to prioritize, focus, and multitask effectively
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
