Job Description

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes and products. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues, playing a crucial role in improving quality procedures and implementing best practices. This role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, analyzing performance, leading root cause analyses, and training team members on quality principles.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 22163).
  • Analyze quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive measures (PDCA).
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation.
  • Report quality data and performance to management.
  • Participate in the validation and verification of processes and products.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, Industrial Engineering, quality management).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Quality Engineer role, preferably in the metal industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 22163, etc.).
  • Experience with audit processes and PDCA methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 22163, etc.).
  • Analyze quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive measures (according to PDCA).
  • Guide and train team members on quality principles and methods.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality problems and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation.
  • Report quality data and performance to management.
  • Participate in the validation and verification of processes and products.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
