FalconX seeks a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in recruiting for tech and finance roles. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding. Must-have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
