AeroVect is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build a world-class operations and technical team as they scale. The role involves sourcing top talent in a competitive market, partnering with leadership to understand hiring objectives, and developing sourcing strategies. The recruiter will consistently generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates for operational roles, contribute to a positive candidate experience, and utilize innovative sourcing techniques. Administrative duties to support the recruiting process are also included. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in recruiting sales, operations, and technical talent, with over 5 years of experience and strong sourcing skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Recruiter. In this role, you’ll help us build a world-class operations and technical team as we scale AeroVect to some of the world’s largest airports.

You will

  • Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.

  • Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.

  • Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for operational roles

  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.

  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).

  • Perform administrative duties to support an efficient sourcing and recruiting process (e.g., scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining ATS records, providing candidate information, etc.).

You Have

  • A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top sales, operations and technical talent.

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent

  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
