Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the reverse engineering and redevelopment of an existing financial application for a major client. The ideal candidate will have over five years of Salesforce experience, multiple certifications, and a deep technical background in designing scalable, secure solutions within the financial services industry.
Must have:
  • Lead analysis and reverse engineering of current legacy financial application.
  • Define technical strategy and architecture for recreating application within Salesforce.
  • Design high-level and detailed technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
  • Develop and review complex Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce, and integrations.
  • Ensure technical integrity, performance, and security of the delivered solution.
  • Oversee deployment, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Document technical architecture, processes, and migration strategies.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and reverse engineering of the current legacy financial application to understand system architecture, data models, and workflows.
  • Define the technical strategy and architecture for recreating the application within Salesforce, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Design high-level and detailed technical solutions, including data migration, integration, security, and customization strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
  • Develop and review complex Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce, and integrations.
  • Ensure the technical integrity, performance, and security of the delivered solution.
  • Oversee deployment, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Document technical architecture, processes, and migration strategies.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives with technical expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a focus on solutions architecture and development.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Advanced or Architect certifications preferred.
  • Extensive experience in reverse engineering legacy financial systems and building robust Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and integration frameworks.
  • Proven track record of designing scalable and secure architectures for complex enterprise applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, guiding technical teams and influencing project outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud and financial data compliance.
  • Expertise in API design, middleware, ETL, and other integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
