This role, Senior Vice President, Marketing Solutions Global Product Pillar Lead, Insights, Platforms & Innovation, is pivotal in driving the growth of TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions business. You will lead product innovation, focusing on creating and executing a global Insights, Platforms & Innovation strategy. This global role involves owning the strategy and implementation for core Insights products, managing platform integrations, and collaborating with various internal teams. You will define and execute overarching strategies, including evaluating M&A opportunities, and partner with sales and marketing to drive business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of crafting a clear vision and executing against it.
Must have:
  • Drive growth of TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions business.
  • Drive product innovation with a focus on global Insights, Platforms & Innovation strategy.
  • Own global strategy and implementation for core Insights products.
  • Prioritize requirements across regions.
  • Manage existing integrations and dependencies across the Marketing Solutions’ suite.
  • Collaborate with Data Asset Management, Global Technology, Business Operations, and Regional/Vertical Strategy teams.
  • Define and execute overarching strategy, including evaluating and executing partnership and M&A opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute the three-year product roadmap for Insights, Platforms, & Integrations.
  • Gather market intelligence on trends, behaviors, regulations, and competitive offerings.
  • Develop product concepts leveraging customer feedback and market insights.
  • Define global products with consideration for localization.
  • Identify partnership needs and vendors.
  • Prioritize data investments and product development roadmap.
  • Drive localization needs based on Global product plan.
  • Lead teams of global product managers and strategists.

What You'll Bring:

  • 20+ year experienced practitioner in a marketing or advertising technology or related role with a track record of delivering value; preferably with some experience within a Global role
  • 20+ years of progressively more responsible experience in product management and innovation
  • Strong background in risk management
  • Executive Management and leadership experience in successfully building and growing global teams
  • Track record of building and executing ground up strategies to deliver on major organizational initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline
  • MBA or other Master’s degree highly desired

Impact You'll Make:

The SVP, Marketing Solutions Global Product Pillar Lead, Insights, Platforms & Innovation is responsible for driving the growth of TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions business by driving product innovation, with a deep focus on creating and executing a global Insights, Platforms & Innovation strategy.

Reporting to the EVP of Marketing Solutions this role will be global in scope. They will own the global strategy and implementation for TransUnion’s core Insights products (e.g., Consumer Insights, Commerce Insights) and be responsible for prioritizing requirements across regions. They will also be directly responsible for TransUnion’s Platform strategy, managing existing integrations and dependencies across the Marketing Solutions’ suite. They will work closely with the Data Asset Management leadership, Global Technology leadership, Business Operations, and our Regional and Vertical Strategy teams to define and execute on an overarching strategy, including evaluating and executing on partnership and M&A opportunities. They will partner with other teams within Marketing Solutions and other Solutions lines to incorporate dependencies across Marketing Solutions’ overarching product suite, and partner with our Sales and Marketing teams in driving the growth of the business.

Strategy:

  • Develop, communicate, and execute the three-year product roadmap plan for Insights, Platforms, & Integrations
  • Gather market intelligence on macro-economic and industry trends, consumer behaviors, regulatory changes and hurdles, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to validate and refine our product roadmap.
  • Represent TransUnion as a thought leader and industry expert at industry conferences, in media, etc.

Planning:

  • Develop product concepts that leverage internal and external customer feedback and market insights
  • Global products definition with consideration of how to localize into regional markets
  • Identify partnership needs and vendors to deliver on additional partnerships, integrations or data needs

Execution:

  • Prioritize data investments and product development roadmap after considering the input and opportunities presented by the various TransUnion vertical leaders and sales teams
  • Drive localization needs based on Global product plan and own any local products alignment
  • Leads teams of global product managers (SMEs) and strategists

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $225,800.00 - $474,300.00 *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
