As a Senior UI/UX Designer at DotYeti.com, you will lead and collaborate with the design team on high-level project concepts and strategy. Responsibilities include developing web and app designs, landing pages, email marketing templates, and other graphics. You will provide strategic guidance on design best practices and UX/UI optimization, presenting concepts to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with brand and business goals. Close collaboration with development, marketing, and publishing teams is essential for seamless execution of final designs. This role requires extensive experience in web and email design and proficiency in design software such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, email marketing assets, and app interfaces is necessary.

Job Details
Please note: This position follows the Sydney, Australia time zone (9 AM - 5 PM AEDT), so flexibility with working hours is essential.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at DotYeti.com, you will collaborate with other designers as well as with our sales and marketing departments to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our customer base. Your job duties include developing web and app designs that enhance our accompanying text and convey an accurate message.

Here’s what you’ll do...
- Lead and collaborate with the design team on high-level project concepts and strategy
- Develop and refine product web designs, landing pages, email marketing templates, illustrations, and other graphics as needed
- Provide strategic guidance on design best practices, UX/UI optimization, and conversion-focused design for web and email campaigns
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
- Implement feedback and iterate on designs to maintain quality and effectiveness
- Work closely with development, marketing, and publishing teams to ensure seamless execution of final designs
