JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team and help us create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and aligned with business goals.

Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency and scalability.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web and/or mobile app design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate more effectively with engineers.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform design decisions.
• Motion/interaction design skills (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).
• Strong communication skills to present ideas and designs effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to balance usability with aesthetics.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Initiative and drive to do great things.
