Tesla in Cologne is seeking Service Advisors to contribute to their expanding service center. Responsibilities include independently organizing daily workflow, monitoring service center operations and warranty costs, maintaining workshop and vehicle upkeep, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing workload. Excellent customer service is essential, handling customer inquiries via phone and email. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, digitally savvy, a strong communicator (fluent in German and good English), a team player, flexible (including shift work, weekends), and holds a valid EU driver's license and German work permit.
