Job Description

- Responsible for enhancing the ServiceNow platform across Incident Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Develop scalable solutions, reduce MTTR, and improve user experience.
- Customize and extend modules: CSM, Incident, Service Catalog, CMDB.
- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS.
- Integrate DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow CICD.
- Conduct code reviews and write test cases.
- Recommend efficient technical solutions.
- Optimize workflows and dashboards.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent.
- Proven success in reducing MTTR and meeting SLAs.
