Job requirements

• Define platform strategy, design scalable architecture, and lead engineering efforts across integrations, CMDB, and DevOps transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess Architecture solutions for CSM, Incident, Service Catalog, CMDB
• Set integration standards and security frameworks
• Establish DevOps pipelines and release governance
• Lead CMDB modelling and discovery integrations
• Host design workshops and roadmap sessions
• Define coding standards and audit controls
• Mentor teams and promote engineering excellence

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and engineering
• Certified System Architect (CSA) or equivalent
• Experience with enterprise-scale implementations
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Technical Expertise:

• Architecture: Scoped apps, microservices, multi-instance
• Integrations: REST/SOAP, OAuth, SAML, ESB/MQ
• CMDB: Governance, CI modelling, discovery tools
• ITIL v3/v4, ITSM, CSM
