Sandbox VR is seeking a Shift Lead (Key Holder) to deliver a world-class guest experience by enthusiastically welcoming guests, guiding them through immersive virtual reality adventures, and ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. Responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting for proprietary VR technology, maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, managing shifts as the leader-on-duty, and supporting team members through coaching and training. The role involves proactively managing labor spend and maximizing walk-in potential, as well as onboarding and training new hires on the guest journey and e-learning modules. This position requires a strong focus on teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability.
