Job Description

The Shopper Marketing Intern will support channel or shopper merchandising and promotion strategies, analyze promotional effectiveness, and actively participate in the development of merchandising, space plans, and category analysis. This role involves supporting brand sales, share, profit, and gross margin percentages, building annual promo/shopper activation plans, and assisting with new launch planning and execution for customer engagement and in-store visibility. The intern will also support Oral Care innovation and evaluate shopper/retailer activations to ensure efficient spending and strong ROI.
Must have:
  • Support the delivery of brand sales, share, profit and gross margin percentages in selected categories/ channels
  • Support building annual promo/ shopper activations plans
  • Be actively part of trade marketing related new launch planning and execution processes for perfect customer engagement, product distribution and in-store visibility
  • Support Oral Care Innovation and execution
  • Support shopper/ trade marketing lead throughout the commercial planning process
  • Evaluate shopper/retailer activation to ensure the business is spending money efficiently while continually improving and delivering Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Being a 2nd / 3rd year student
  • Able to work min. 3 days per week
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High proficiency in MS Office programs (especially, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a cross functional team environment
  • Highly agile learner with a solution-based mindset

Job Purpose:

Shopper Marketing Intern will supports channel or shopper merchandising and promotion strategies while analysing promotional effectiveness. He/She will be actively participate the development of merchandising and space plans and category analysis.

In this role you will…

Basic Qualifications
