Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Hardware Security Module (HSM)-based development, deployment, and operations.
  • Experience with applied cryptography and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$223,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Create industry-leading Cryptography Operations capabilities.
  • Upgrade and streamline existing capabilities and infrastructure to support new standards, including Post Quantum.
  • Define rigorous security policies and operational procedures for managing high value key material and assets.
  • Define and implement robust backup and disaster recovery capabilities for offline HSMs.
  • Run Key Ceremonies, working closely with Certification initiatives, and also working closely with SoC architecture and device manufacturing teams.
