SoC Power/Performance/Thermal Engineering Program Manager

This role encompasses the silicon readiness and post-silicon phases of the product lifecycle, including preparation for silicon bring-up, integration and validation of HW/SW control features, and providing support for mass production of Apple's next-generation products. Key responsibilities include influencing large teams, developing and communicating the bigger picture, tracking, organizing, and reporting program risks and timelines, extracting executive summaries, effectively communicating resolution options for complex issues, driving feature workflows to ensure high-quality execution and product releases, and demonstrating creative and critical thinking skills, collaboration, conflict resolution, and timely issue resolution.
