Salary: $45,000-$54,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind growing audiences, sparking engagement, and delivering measurable business impact for Ramsey Solutions social media accounts.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing.
• You have familiarity with video editing tools (i.e. Premiere, Canva, CapCut).
• You have experience with managing social media accounts on behalf of a brand or personality.
• You love strategizing how social media can drive business goals and build brand awareness.
• You are passionate about Ramsey Solutions’ financial principles.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow engagement, shares and followers
• Create and post engaging content tailored to each platform and audience
• Engage daily, responding to comments and building community
• Track and analyze performance data to optimize content and inform strategy
• Collaborate with senior specialists on strategy, reporting and analytics
• Consistently hit engagement goals for Ramsey Solutions social channels
