Join Everi's dynamic Loyalty Services team in Las Vegas as a Software Application Engineer. This role involves implementing best-in-class Casino Loyalty solutions, leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences, and supporting client business success. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting Everi's Customer Loyalty application in customer environments, coordinating IT resources, and providing initial support for 30-60 days post-installation.
Must have:
  • Implement Everi's Customer Loyalty application and supporting systems in customer environments
  • Coordinate with customers to arrange for IT resources, access, and installation times that meet customers' needs
  • Support implemented solution and be customer point of contact for all support issues while installing, configuring and supporting systems for the first 30-60 days
  • Travel to customer locations 10-30% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business and systems environment
Good to have:
  • PowerShell scripting and deployment experience
  • Systems administration and database experience

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Implement Everi's Customer Loyalty application and supporting systems in customer environments.
  • Coordinate with customers to arrange for IT resources, access, and installation times that meet customers' needs.
  • Support implemented solution and be customer point of contact for all support issues while installing, configuring and supporting systems for the first 30-60 days.
  • You will be asked to travel to customer locations 10-30% of the time.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • 5-8 years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business and systems environment.
  • Experience with product systems and equipment installation.
  • Demonstrated experience working with software development and deployment in a fast-paced systems environment.
  • Experience installing and/or working with SQL.
  • Troubleshooting experience.
  • Customer support application experience.
  • PowerShell scripting and deployment experience is nice to have.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills; consistently delivers projects and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Systems administration and database experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, operating systems, and networks.
  • Proficient understanding of CS fundamentals and deployment of remote management tools and server administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to code in product-specific programming language.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $94,800 - $112,100 annually.
