Job Description

This role involves leading a team of approximately 10 professionals (devs, QA, and DevOps), ensuring engagement and high performance, stimulating agile practices, supporting technical decision-making, and coordinating authentication initiatives in high-volume products.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with distributed architecture / microservices.
  • Experience in high-volume products and/or fintechs.
  • Knowledge of mobile environment.
Must Have:
  • Lead a team of approximately 10 professionals (devs, QA and DevOps), ensuring engagement and high performance.
  • Stimulate agile practices with a focus on metrics, efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Support the team in technical decision-making, ensuring good software development practices.
  • Coordinate authentication initiatives in high-volume products, ensuring security, scalability and performance.
  • Work in partnership with other areas to align priorities and direct strategic deliveries.
  • Experience in Go and Python languages.
  • Knowledge of good software development and versioning practices.
  • Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with Jira.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud.
  • Knowledge of proprietary authentication processes (or experience in identity and access systems).

Desirable

Work Model

  • Hybrid, with preferred work in regions close to Serasa units (Blumenau or São Paulo).
