As a Software Engineer II, Full Stack at Google, you will be a part of the Real World Journeys team, collaborating with diverse engineers and contributing to projects that directly impact key search metrics. You'll work in a fast-paced environment to build features on Search, blending content acquired from partners with traditional web content. This role offers opportunities to work across the full-stack, from back-end development (using languages like Java, Python, GO, or C++) to front-end development (using JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent).
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 year of experience with software development in programming languages like Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript
  • 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms
  • 1 year of experience with full-stack development, including back-end (Java, Python, GO, or C++) and front-end (JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Collaboration skills
Good to have:
  • Experience developing accessible technologies

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  • 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing accessible technologies.
