Solution Architect (Planning Speciality)

• Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand the problem we are addressing
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
• Create technical design documents, process flows and data models to build scalable solutions
• Make sense of and harmonize both structured and unstructured data to create data models to use in analytics and technical solutions
• Experience in working with multi-dimensional modelling tools like Anaplan Classic Calculation Engine/Polaris, SAP APO, Pigment, Board or similar planning tools
• Hands on experience with advanced spreadsheet formulae and spreadsheet macros
• Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets and business problems into multi-dimensional models
• Have a good level of data integration and some SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Work with developers to ensure timely delivery of the solution
• Functional and technical validation of solution - integration testing, regression testing, performance testing and UAT
• Have some project management experience in delivering business system’s implementations
• Design strategy to extract and integrate data from source systems and to write back into the source system
• Create dashboards and reports to support decisions prescribed by Aera

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations with minimum of 6 years’ experience in delivering planning solutions, ideally with some supply chain experienceExperience in IT consulting and/or building Enterprise Planning models and solutions - SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, Pigment, Board, IBM Cognos etc.
• Hands on experience in data integration, creating dashboards in analytics tools - Power BI, Tableau, Cognos etc.
• Good understanding of data modeling
• Understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs is an advantage
• Have worked in an Agile environment and understands the principles of Software Implementation methodologies
• Elementary to intermediate knowledge of data warehousing concepts, SQL etc.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate person who likes to take challenges head-on and has bias towards action

• You will get to design novel solutions to address challenges in supply chain and other domains
• Own the end-to-end planning component/solution, within the context of digitizing and automating decision making and improving customers’ supply chain KPIs across the entire Aera platform
• Work in different industries, with a primary focus of supply chain
• Pave the way for clients to new and exciting ways of working using Decision Intelligence.
