Job Description

This role supports business and IT teams in designing and guiding business processes and IT domains, with a focus on financial and operational processes like close and consolidation, information technology, order to cash, procure to pay, treasury, and tax. The associate will collaborate with business, finance, operations, IT, engineering, and security teams to guide effective control design, monitor changes, and support system readiness. This includes contributing to technology initiatives for efficient control performance, monitoring, and testing. Key responsibilities involve partnering with PMO leadership, finance, IT, and operations on SOX requirements, assisting process owners during organizational or system changes, rationalizing key controls, advising on control deficiencies and remediation, and contributing to SOX enablement through training and communications.

The role also includes contributing to key technology initiatives that enable more efficient and sustainable control performance, monitoring and testing. • Partner with PMO leadership, finance, IT and operations teams on SOX requirements, including risk assessment, readiness efforts, and control design. • Assist business and IT process owners through organizational or system changes. • Contribute to the rationalization and optimization of key controls, reports and application controls. • Advise control owners on control deficiency evaluations, root cause analysis, and preferred remediation plans. • Contribute to the SOX enablement efforts for control owners, compliance teams, such as training, guidance, and team communications. • Use effective communication and influencing skills to achieve program goals.
