This Specialist - Accounting Operations role involves leading a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and smooth daily operations of the accounting department. Key responsibilities include supervising, training, and guiding junior accounting staff, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. The role also requires ensuring compliance with accounting principles and internal controls, overseeing general ledger reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The Specialist will analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, preparing reports and insights for management. Must have:
  • Lead a team of accountants for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Supervise, train, and guide junior accounting staff.

  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare management reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, team management.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Knowledge of EPM, Hyperion, Oracle, and Power BI.
  • Experience in multinational companies.
  • Strong ability to lead work teams, analyze large data volumes, and identify inconsistencies.

Accounting Supervisor – R2R

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and smooth daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Supervise, train, and guide junior accounting staff, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls, while staying updated on new standards.
  • Oversee general ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, preparing reports and insights for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and team management.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
