Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking End Client Architect to develop, support, and maintain the technical architecture for all end-user computing platforms across the organization. This role is responsible for designing and integrating device platforms, virtual desktops, application access, and user experience technologies, while also providing advanced support for complex technical issues. The architect will help ensure a productive, secure, and reliable digital workplace across a global user base. Key responsibilities include defining the EUC architecture strategy, designing scalable client computing environments, evaluating client-side technologies, establishing endpoint security standards, collaborating with IT teams, architecting endpoint lifecycle management, providing third-tier support, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and contributing to innovation initiatives.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of experience in end-user computing or digital workplace technologies
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, SCCM/MECM
  • Experience with Windows 365 and Microsoft Cloud PC
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management, device security, and zero-trust models
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and documentation abilities
  • Comfortable working across functional teams and engaging with stakeholders
Good to have:
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate / Azure Solutions Architect
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent
  • Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python)

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking End Client Architect to develop, support, and maintain the technical architecture for all end-user computing platforms across the organization. This role will be responsible for designing and integrating device platforms, virtual desktops, application access, and user experience technologies—while also providing advanced support for complex technical issues. The architect will help ensure a productive, secure, and reliable digital workplace across a global user base.

How will you make an impact?

  • Define and maintain the end-user computing (EUC) architecture strategy in alignment with enterprise IT standards.
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient client computing environments (Windows, macOS, Linux, VDI, Windows 365).
  • Evaluate and recommend client-side technologies (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop).
  • Establish standards for endpoint security, configuration management, patching, and application delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, and Service Desk teams to optimize end-user experience and reliability.
  • Architect solutions for endpoint lifecycle management, including device provisioning, onboarding, and decommissioning.
  • Provide third-tier support for complex technical issues related to end-user platforms and technologies.
  • Work closely with global IT teams and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent architecture and service delivery across all locations.
  • Translate business and workforce requirements into technical solutions for end-user platforms.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives in areas like zero-trust architecture, digital experience platforms, and automation.
  • Create detailed architecture documentation, diagrams, and participate in architecture governance processes.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 7+ years of experience in end-user computing or digital workplace technologies, including architecture or design responsibilities.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, SCCM/MECM.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as Windows 365 and Microsoft Cloud PC.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management, device security, and zero-trust models.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication and documentation abilities.
  • Comfortable working across functional teams and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate / Azure Solutions Architect
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent
