Specialist for the Development of Editorial AI Tools
Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for a creative specialist for the development of AI tools in the editorial offices of Ringier Axel Springer Polska, who will create and implement the latest generative artificial intelligence technologies for journalists and editorial offices. Responsibilities include co-creating and developing AI tools supporting editorial processes, analyzing data and optimizing existing solutions, writing and editing content using AI, collaborating with editorial teams to understand their needs and adapt tools, monitoring trends and innovations in the field of AI, training the editorial team in the use of AI tools, and managing projects in the field of editorial AI tools.
Must have:
- Minimum of one year of experience working with AI technologies.
- Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, CoPilot, Perplexity, Notebook LM, DALL-E).
- Experience working with data analysis tools.
- Strategic thinking and creativity in approach to business challenges.
- Very good orientation in the world of media.
- Ability to write journalistic texts correctly.
- Excellent Polish language skills.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Project management and working in matrix structures.
Good to have:
- Experience working in an editorial office
- Prompt engineering skills

Poszukujemy kreatywnego specjalisty / kreatywnej specjalistki ds. rozwoju narzędzi AI w redakcjach Ringier Axel Springer Polska, który razem z nami będzie kreował i wdrażał najnowsze technologie generatywnej sztucznej inteligencji dla dziennikarzy i redakcji.
Zakres obowiązków:
- Współtworzenie i rozwijanie narzędzi AI wspierających procesy redakcyjne
- Analiza danych i optymalizacja istniejących rozwiązań
- Pisanie i redagowanie treści z użyciem AI
- Współpraca z zespołami redakcyjnymi w celu zrozumienia ich potrzeb i dostosowania narzędzi
- Monitorowanie trendów i nowości w dziedzinie AI
- Szkolenie zespołu redakcyjnego z wykorzystania narzędzi AI
- Prowadzenie projektów z zakresu redakcyjnych narzędzi AI
Nasze wymagania:
- Minimum rok doświadczenia w pracy z technologiami AI
- Znajomość narzędzi AI (ChatGPT, CoPilot, Perplexity, Notebook LM, DALL-E)
- Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami do analizy danych
- Umiejętności strategicznego myślenia i kreatywność w podejściu do wyzwań biznesowych
- Bardzo dobra orientacja w świecie mediów
- Umiejętność poprawnego pisania tekstów dziennikarskich
- Doskonała umiejętność posługiwania się językiem polskim
- Znajomość języka angielskiego
- Zdolności zarządzania projektami oraz pracy w strukturach macierzowych
- Dodatkowym atutem będzie doświadczenie pracy w redakcji oraz umiejętność prompt-engineeringu
