URVI (Urban Vitality) is our newest globally operating Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) venture at the intersection of e-commerce, health, and FMCG. Together with the Venture team and the founders, you will build this startup. This internship offers you the chance to sharpen your entrepreneurial profile and prepare for a key role in our startup – with the opportunity to grow with us and shape the future.
Your Mission
- You develop data-driven content strategies, increase visibility on social media and build an engaged audience through targeted campaigns.
- You conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and support strategic business decisions.
- You design processes along the entire value chain (product development, logistics, marketing, pricing, CRM) and take responsibility for sub-projects.
- Together with the founders, you develop innovative market entry strategies and strengthen the company's position as a market leader.
- You identify weaknesses, develop scalable solutions and contribute to efficient growth.
- You support investor relations through clear communication and compelling content.
What we are looking for
- You are studying economics, media studies, journalism, mathematics, medicine, pharmacology, food technology, biochemistry or business informatics.
- Initial practical experience in management consulting, e-commerce, product development or online marketing is part of your profile.
- You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured way and are a team player.
- You are enthusiastic about innovations, digital transformation, new business models and product development.
- You are a proactive, open-minded personality who works independently and collaboratively and brings fresh ideas.
- You are fluent in German.
