Job Description

The Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) serves as an Executive Briefing Center, engaging with clients' executive leadership and decision-makers to envision their future with Salesforce. This role supports the SIC program by preparing and executing meetings, including creating documents, gathering participant information, and data entry for meeting content. This position is specifically for individuals with a disability certificate.
Must have:
  • Create a series of documents necessary for SIC meetings and their preparation.
  • Create customer feedback survey forms and attach QR codes to meeting materials.
  • Collect, confirm, and correct participant information for accurate nameplate printing.
  • Input information on sessions and speakers conducted in each meeting to support SIC program assetization.
  • Register and manage participant information for event meetings.
  • Basic operational skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheets for data entry, editing, aggregation, and report creation.
  • Work 3 days a week in the office.
  • Native Japanese speaker.
  • High hospitality mindset, enthusiasm and attentiveness to provide 'omotenashi' (hospitality) to customers.
Good to have:
  • Experience in creating documents in English.

Department Description

The Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) serves as an Executive Briefing Center at Salesforce.

It is a program where we engage in small-group dialogues with customers' executive management and decision-makers to jointly envision their future and the role Salesforce plays. The SIC & Executive Engagement team operates this program. This program is actively utilized by sales teams with the aim of having customers recognize Salesforce as a trusted business partner and to create, expand, and accelerate business opportunities.

On the day of the meeting, customers are invited to the dedicated SIC program floor within our office, where they are provided with an extraordinary space and "omotenashi" (hospitality) that exceeds expectations.

SIC is a globally unified program, deployed in major cities such as San Francisco, New York, London, and Paris. This position is a recruitment for the Japan SIC team, based in Tokyo.

Role Description

This position supports the provision of a dialogue platform that meets the expectations of both customers and the sales team. Specifically, you will be responsible for tasks such as creating documents necessary for meeting preparation and execution, collecting and refining internal and external participant information, and inputting data on conducted meeting contents.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Support for SIC Meeting Related Document Creation
  • Create a series of documents necessary for the meeting day and preparation leading up to it.
  • Support for Customer Questionnaire Creation
  • Create questionnaire forms to receive feedback from customers.
  • Attach QR codes to meeting materials.
  • Support for Nameplate Creation
  • Collect, confirm, and correct participant information to accurately print participants' names, departments, and job titles on nameplates.
  • Support for SIC Program Assetization
  • Input information on sessions and speakers conducted in each meeting.
  • Event Meeting Support
  • Register and manage participant information.

Basic Requirement/Experience

  • Basic operational skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheets necessary for data entry, editing, aggregation, and report creation.
  • Work style: 3 days a week in the office.
  • Japanese: Native.
  • High hospitality mindset, enthusiasm and attentiveness to provide "omotenashi" (hospitality) to customers.

Preferred Requirement/Experience

  • Experience in creating documents in English.
