As a Sportsbook Supervisor at Wrigley Field, you will lead and oversee daily operations, shaping the energy and creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities include ensuring team members receive guidance, creating schedules, assisting customers with wagering information, managing paperwork, tracking betting information, developing and implementing standards, evaluating performance, maintaining a positive culture, and resolving customer disputes. This role requires strong leadership skills, a fast-paced environment aptitude, and a passion for the sports betting industry.

  • Experience in sportsbook or casino gaming is a plus.

What you’ll do as a Sportsbook Supervisor

  • Ensure team members receive sufficient leadership, operational guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives. 

  • Create employee schedules, monitor employee breaks and manage team member hours.

  • Explain, educate, and assist customers with sports wagering information.

  • Prepare, organize and manage all operational paperwork.

  • Track and log patron betting information, issue employee banks and handle large sums of cash.

  • Develop and implement standards, controls, policies and procedures, guidelines, best practices and objectives for the Sportsbook. 

  • Evaluate performance of the sportsbook personnel. 

  • Maintain a positive culture and create employee engagement.

  • Promote player goodwill and settle customer disputes.

 

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years in a supervisory role, leading teams of two or more.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with a passion for the sports betting industry.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in line with sports events.

  • Experience in sportsbook or casino gaming is a strong plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 48,000.00 USD - 60,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range and how that was determined during the hiring process.
