Role Dynamics:

The objective of the Solutions Consulting team is to identify and advise clients on best practices in Credit Risk management. As a solutions advisor, you will work with clients to effectively use our data and products, maximizing the value they gain from working with TransUnion throughout the credit lifecycle.

What You'll Bring:

Functions:

• Work with key clients in the banking, retail, telecommunications, and financial sectors as a subject matter expert in Credit Risk and/or Business Intelligence.
• Identify client priorities, problems, and gaps by facilitating exploratory and solution design sessions.
• Share industry best practices regarding solution implementation and optimization, along with TransUnion's solution and data offerings.
• Create business cases or use cases to illustrate how TransUnion solutions can help a client achieve their business objectives.
• Work closely with the Analytics, Product, and Commercial teams.

Impact You'll Make:

• 5 years of experience in Credit Risk Management or Analytics – Business Intelligence related to this field.
• Experience with credit analysis, credit originations, customer management, portfolio maintenance, collections management.
• Expert knowledge of credit industry best practices.
• Understanding of data, demographic data, and information/data modeling to aid in customer acquisition, maintenance, collection, and retention.
• Market knowledge: market dynamics, regulatory framework, industry dynamics.
• Customer relationship experience is a plus.
• Good proficiency in preparing support material for executive-level presentations.
• Must be in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
