We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Sr Business Systems Specialist. Responsible for ensuring daily tasks are organized and essential quality standards are aligned to the departments conduct and manage responsibilities and developing a deep understanding of current business processes, collaborating with stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting to the Sr Manager LBG Systems & Product, you will be empowered to:
Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in a medium-to-large business environment; flexibility to work occasional weekends on a rotation basis; Gaming experience and/or knowledge of Gaming Management Systems (GMS) is an asset.
Knowledge and Education: post-secondary diploma/degree in information systems, or business administration or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Understanding business assessment and requirements analysis; knowledge of technology practices and business approaches; proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Critical Skills: Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, organization, and time management and attention to detail skills
Negotiation and Influence: ability to negotiate and influence effectively while being open to perspectives and maintaining strong relationships

Licenses, Registrations, Certificates: AGCO Category 1 Gaming Assistant Registration (Initiated at offer stage - employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining this license)
