What You Can Expect:

  • Lead day-to-day HR Shared Services operations, including management of employee lifecycle events such as transfers, compensation changes, job changes, and promotions.
  • Oversee and optimize case management and ticketing systems to ensure performance metrics (SLAs and KPIs) are consistently met.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong employee-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional HR service and programs.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive documentation and audits with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated success working independently and collaboratively on projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable partnering with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

What We're Looking For

Success in this role starts with hands-on experience in HR operations—you’ve led employee lifecycle processes, handled compliance reporting, and worked with tools like Workday and ServiceNow. You know how to navigate audits, manage sensitive data, and solve complex issues without needing step-by-step guidance. This is a high-autonomy role: you’ll own processes, lead improvements, and support cross-functional projects. While you may not directly manage a team, you’ll mentor others and influence global HR practices. You’ll collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders, often contributing to decisions that shape Marvell’s workforce strategy. What sets this level apart is your ability to lead with confidence, drive change, and operate independently—not just execute tasks.
