Job Description

As a Sr. Lead Engineer (React), you will be responsible for developing the latest user-facing features and designing modern, highly responsive web-based user interfaces. This role involves building reusable components, translating designs into high-quality code, optimizing performance across various devices and browsers, and coordinating with different teams. You will be involved from conception to completion of projects, ensuring they are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive.
Must have:
  • Developing the latest user-facing features using React.js
  • Designing a modern highly responsive web-based user interface
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
  • Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers
  • Solid understanding of frontend build tools, package managers, and bundlers (Webpack, NPM, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
  • Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
  • Hands-on experience working with Object Oriented JavaScript (OOPS) and practical uses in building complex interactive experiences, primarily with ECMA Script
  • Prior experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with HTML / CSS
  • Knowledge of Responsive design using Material design, Bootstrap etc.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • In depth debugging skills on different browsers
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • A knack for bench-marking and optimization
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial
  • Team player
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand user interactions

• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers

• As a React.js Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive.

Technical skills:

• Solid understanding of frontend build tools, package managers, and bundlers (Webpack, NPM, etc.).

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

• Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
