As a Marketing Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the successful establishment of Panadol in China and securing sustainable growth. The role involves overseeing the effective deployment of brand growth strategies, executing across all areas of the marketing mix, and achieving short-term and long-term brand business and brand health KPI and profit objectives. Responsibilities include leading market opportunity assessment, defining the brand vision, target audience, and competitive differentiation with a 3-year growth roadmap. The role also involves driving end-to-end brand building, managing annual IMC campaigns, and monitoring ROI. The candidate will also be expected to demonstrate cross-functional leadership and manage agencies.

As a Marketing Manager, will be responsible for Panadol successful establishment in China and  secure the sustainable growth. Oversee the effective deployment of brand growth strategies and execute across all areas of the marketing mix to achieve short-term and long-term brand business and brand health KPI and profit objectives.

This role will provide the opportunity to lead key activities to progress the career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Brand Strategy & Brand Foundation of Panadol 
    • Lead market opportunity assessment for Panadol, defining the brand vision, target audience, and competitive differentiation with a 3-year growth roadmap. 
    • Drive end-to-end brand building and winning claims, collaborating with medical teams to establish scientific substantiation
    • Be accountable for delivery of annual brand Profit & Loss (P&L), including sales and profit results and actively manage budget items
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns
    • Develop annual IMC campaigns and media strategy, leveraging digital (Social/SEO/KOLs), traditional media,

and offline touchpoints to drive category education and brand equity

  • Monitor ROI, optimize creative and channel mix to maximize share-of-voice and market share.  
  • Demonstrate cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner with shopper MKT / TMK to execute shopper & trade marketing plans for in-store impactful
    • Manage agencies (creative/media/insights) to deliver projects on time, on budget, and compliantly.
