Position Summary – Sr. Online Marketeer
As a seasoned performance marketing specialist, you have a shared responsibility for defining and executing the international user acquisition tactics for our Online Games to grow their user base globally. You will develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies to acquire new users, and continually engage and retain them throughout their lifecycle. Together with our creative team, you'll come up with creative briefs that drive new users to our games. You will be part of our Marketing team and collaborate with different team members to ensure we have consistent messaging across our channels. Next to that, you work closely with our Sales team, Product team(s) to ensure business objectives are aligned. Together with our Business Intelligence team and usage of external tools (partners) you discover trends and report results to our internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize and scale campaigns using visually appealing ad formats that convert impressions into engaged players on a global scope
- Execute remarketing campaigns to retain our existing players from all over the world
- Develop and adapt tactics to maximize profitable growth through our online (paid) mobile and web activities, including ASO optimization in the different App stores
- Optimize and maintain day-to-day campaigns for various ad platforms such as: on Facebook, Google, TikTok, UnityAds, Tjapjoy, and many others
- Measure, and evaluate day-to-day relevant paid media KPIs and Performance such as: Conversion Rates, ROI, Advertising Spend and present the key insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Conducts and optimizes in-depth ad grouping, conversion optimization from the ads, and audience targeting per Geo and/or Game
- Perform keyword research using internal and external data
- Initiate tactics and explore opportunities to improve Organic reach, Installs, and Conversion
- Continuously run marketing experiments with creative, content, and frequency testing to improve key performance metrics
- Work closely with our creative team and/or external partners to create highly engaging and effective creatives based on thorough A/B testing and performance analysis
- Collaborate with our Business Intelligence team to understand user segmentation and behavior, identify consumer insights to drive transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies in lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies tools to use
Educational & Work Experience
- A Bachelor or University degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Economics or Business Administration;
- or/and at least 3 years relevant working experience in the area of UA or performance Marketing within the gaming industry or a (Digital) Media Agency in a B2C environment;
- you have international experience and, as such, you recognize the differences between markets and cultures and respond to that effectively

Essential skills
- You have affinity with (mobile) Games and the Gaming industry
- Extensive experience with Ad Management & and Analytical tools
- Experience (or certification) with Google AdWords and Facebook Ad manager
- Knowledge of a variety of campaign- and bidding strategies across various platforms
- Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Appsflyer, …)
- Strong multi-tasking skills and comfortable working with tight deadlines
- You like to take ownership and you are an eager and fast learner
- Take a solid, fact-based approach with a strong creative drive for innovation
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, with fluency in the English language
