  • 4-6 years of Paid Search experience.
  • 1-2 years of management experience.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of various bidding methodologies and automated solutions.
  • Understanding of 1st, 2nd and 3rd-party data usage and opportunities.
  • SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads experience.

OVERVIEW

As a Sr. Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for the search strategy, account management, ideation and innovation of testing, team management, and overall performance of the account. You will lead the creation and management of Search and YouTube campaigns across Google and Microsoft.

Ideal candidates are passionate about the evolving world of digital marketing. Candidates should have a strong background and interest in emerging trends across marketing platforms and recognize the impact of digital marketing in an overall marketing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads day-to-day management of campaigns, optimizations, and reporting to ensure optimal performance and business objectives are met
  • Adheres to processes, quality assurance protocols, and best practices. Introduces improvements and evolves existing practices as necessary
  • Oversees a direct report by helping to prioritize workload, project management, and assist in career growth
  • Develops and fosters relationships across internal Search team, the larger media planning team, and clients
  • Solves client challenges through successful campaign management and by staying on top of industry trends and best practices
  • Aids in strategic development and leads execution for complex marketing tactics such as bid strategy frameworks, new automated campaign types, ad copy testing, KPI forecasting, advertising effectiveness, media mix modeling, and conversion attribution analysis
  • Refresh and manage campaigns’ audience strategy as it relates to campaign goals and objectives
  • Works collaboratively and fosters a positive team mentality
  • Day-to-day contact with platform reps

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, mathematics, statistics, or similar analytical field
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, nested IF statements)
  • 4-6 years of Paid Search experience required
  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • Strong understanding of various bidding methodologies and automated solutions
  • Understanding of 1st, 2nd and 3rd-party data usage and opportunities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
  • SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads experience required
  • Navigation and interpretation of Google Analytics is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and testing methodology are preferred
