Job Description
- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and policy management (OPA, Kyverno).
- Exposure to cost optimization and FinOps practices.
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes and AWS services.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD systems.
- Proficiency in a programming or scripting language.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to lead the design, development, and optimization of our cloud-native infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
What You’ll Need
8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles. Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.). Strong proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD). Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash). Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles. Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with service mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) and policy management (OPA, Kyverno). Exposure to cost optimization and FinOps practices.
