Job Description

Join our team as a Steward, supporting the culinary team by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots or pans, using the dishwasher or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils or kitchen equipment in storage areas.
• Keep work areas, equipment or kitchen utensils clean and tidy.
• Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
• Sweep or mop floors.
• Clean trash cans with water or steam.
• Sort or remove trash by placing it in designated collection areas.
• Comply with attendance standards and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other work-related tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum one year experience as a Dishwasher.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, according to the needs of the hotel operation.
