The Strategic Project Manager will support the Live Games Lead in optimizing revenue strategies by conducting monetization benchmarks and analyzing financial performance. Responsibilities include gathering product feedback to improve game quality, monitoring and refining game development processes, assessing studio operations, and supporting talent acquisition. The role requires strong strategic thinking, financial analysis skills, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, product, and talent teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in Tier 1 consulting or a fast-growing tech environment and a passion for gaming and technology.

Team
Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. Full remote is accepted within a 2-3 hours time difference with France (CET).
Role
- Conduct monetization benchmarks to support the Live Games Lead in optimizing revenue strategies.
- Analyze financial performance, including studio costs and profitability, to drive business efficiency.
- Gather and synthesize product feedback to improve game quality and engagement.
- Monitor and refine game development processes, ensuring continuous improvement through monthly roadmap reviews.
- Assess studio operations, tracking key performance indicators to identify best practices and areas for optimization.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, helping to attract and recruit top industry talent.
- Work cross-functionally across finance, product, and talent teams to enhance overall business performance.
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability across different business topics.
Profile
- Experience in Tier 1 consulting or a fast-growing tech/scale-up environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and financial analysis skills (P&L, fundraising, business planning).
- A versatile and entrepreneurial mindset, able to quickly adapt.
- Passion for gaming and technology, with an ability to drive cross-functional projects.
- A low-ego, problem-solving approach, with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Clear communication
- Regular interactions with VP and C-Levels
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
- Bonus: Experience in gaming, product management, or finance.
