Seeking a highly motivated professional for the Product & Partner Strategy team to manage and optimize ISV and OEM order management. This role involves collaborating with global partners, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with IFS’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include safeguarding revenue and margins, supporting license and referral process management, and maximizing value from third-party products, reporting directly to the Manager – 3PP Governance.

Must Have:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner license management and fulfillment processes
  • Validate customer sales offerings for compliance with partner contract terms
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to verify purchasing requirements, resolve discrepancies, and mitigate risks
  • Support onboarding of new partner solutions and oversee renewals and cancellations
  • Collaborate with IFS Product Teams to streamline procurement of partner solution licenses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Provide proactive guidance to stakeholders on partner solution license offerings, compliance, and procurement
  • Resolve complex or sensitive issues with minimal conflict, earning trust and respect of stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver periodic reports to partners on license requirements
  • Produce and manage reporting in collaboration with finance teams
  • Oversee audit reporting and invoicing for new sales and renewals
  • Analyze purchase orders, supplier invoices, and customer entitlements to provide actionable insights
  • Interpret commercial and technical terms in partner contracts to ensure compliance
  • Align all license ordering activities with internal governance frameworks
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • University degree or equivalent professional qualifications in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in software license procurement, product & partner management, or operations
  • Strong understanding of software licensing frameworks and contractual agreements
  • Proven ability to oversee reporting processes, ensure compliance, and engage with partner ecosystems
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Product & Partner Strategy team. In this role, you will work with our global partner network—including Oracle, TomTom, and other key ecosystem partners—to ensure seamless governance of third-party product operations. The Product & Partner Strategy team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of IFS by accelerating innovation, enabling integration, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and robust product governance.

As a Product Specialist/Senior Product Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end process of ISV and OEM order management. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with partners worldwide while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with IFS’s strategic objectives. You will safeguard revenue and margins, support efficient license and referral process management, and contribute to maximizing the overall value derived from third-party products. The position reports directly to the Manager – 3PP Governance.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of partner license management and fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
