This product allows huge levels of versatility due to its size and ability for the video to be tracked remotely from anywhere in the world. From training sessions with IPL franchises to international matches with the England team, the system has been tried and tested in a wide range of scenarios.
As an iHawk Systems Operator, you will be delivering our world-renowned ball-tracking and player analysis system and providing other officiating and broadcast-enhancing technologies at cricket events both remotely and around the world. This role provides a genuine opportunity to create a direct impact on the biggest occasions and moments in cricket; this could be providing the data that leads to a player's selection for an international side, or offering broadcast analysis at a cricket World Cup.

As part of our team, you’ll take on a central role in ensuring smooth, accurate tracking of sessions, whether monitoring them live or reviewing them retrospectively. You'll be the key contact for our analysts, offering guidance and solutions remotely to ensure they can work seamlessly.
In collaboration with our talented developers, you’ll help test and refine software components, suggesting improvements to enhance system performance. Your hands-on skills will also come into play as you build and maintain kits in the office, keeping our equipment ready for action.
This role has a dynamic, on-the-go element, too! You’ll occasionally travel to set up for cricket boards, manage broadcasts, and handle installations, assisting the full lifecycle of our innovative systems on-site.

Working Hours: Due to the nature of the sports industry, there is often work on weekends and midweek evenings, and we are expected to fulfil our roles until the last ball has been hit.
Travelling Abroad: You can expect to spend sporadic periods of the year working abroad. On average, we don't expect there to be more than 2 months away from home throughout the year.
High-Pressure Situations: Working in a live broadcast environment on a production that is distributed to millions worldwide will bring high levels of pressure.
