About the Team

The department is comprised of Asset Protection, Security, Inventory Control, and Workplace Services. This structure ensures that one global team oversees the physical security of our facilities, the maintenance of our facilities, the movement of our inventory, and the overall safety of our employees. In this role, you will:

• Monitor and maintain the security systems within your area of responsibility. This includes assigning access credentials, managing alarm codes, and monitoring the CCTV system.
• Conduct inventory, security, and operational audits to minimize losses and improve overall operations.
• Provide initial and ongoing Asset Protection and Safety training.
• Support Workplace Services with Health and Safety expectations.
• Manage the onsite security guard team and maintain the facility POST orders.
• Manage onsite investigations and be the primary contact with local government agencies.
• Develop close partnerships with the People, Operations, Inventory, and Legal teams.
• Leverage ERP, financial, and exception reporting systems to identify and improve areas of opportunity.
• Actively support the growth of the Asset Protection program by providing feedback on all Asset Protection, Safety, and Inventory related programs and/or enhancements.

We are looking for:

• 2+ years of Asset Protection experience within a distribution center and/or warehouse.
• Extensive warehouse/distribution center asset protection/operations experience.
• Extensive audit experience with a focus on training and development.
• Extensive inventory/financial/exception reporting system experience.
• Demonstrable ability to coach, train, and develop team members.
• Ability to confidentially handle personal and/or sensitive information.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Wicklander-Zulawski training is required.
• CFI, LPQ, and/or LPC certifications are a plus.
