This company is a leading Engineering and Technology Services firm, specializing in turnkey projects and high-tech global services. They are seeking a Supplier Quality Analyst. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts, managing logistics incidents, maintaining supply protocols, and implementing containment actions for delays. Key responsibilities include analyzing future volumes, managing inventories, validating delivery plans, conducting supplier audits, analyzing supplier capacity, and developing action plans to resolve recurring issues. The analyst will also prepare technical visit reports, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of the supply chain.
Must have:
  • Ensure delivery of parts in correct quantities, deadlines, and destinations, charging suppliers for delays and advances.
  • Ensure the process of registering logistical incidents in the GQE.
  • Keep supply protocols updated with each contact change.
  • Perform containment actions to recover from delays.
  • Perform future volume analysis to address positive or negative variations.
  • Ensure inventory management.
  • Validate and follow delivery and risk containment plans for supplier crises.
  • Conduct physical audits of suppliers to develop action plans for crisis containment.
  • Analyze supplier capacity.
  • Develop and supervise action plans and evaluate the recurrence of problems.
  • Prepare technical visit reports.
Good to have:
  • SAP management systems (desirable)

Requirements

  • Professionals or those close to graduating in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge in quality, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Excel and management systems (SAP desirable).
