About you:

• 2+ years of experience administering macOS and/or Linux server operating systems;
• Experience in maintaining network equipment and understanding the basics of network technologies;
• Confident use and configuration of MDM systems;
• Experience with services such as Slack, Google Workspace, OKTA, GitHub;
• Knowledge of general principles of information security;
• Practice with cloud providers, such as AWS or others;
• Experience with Atlassian products;
• Responsible attitude to task execution.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems;
• Understanding of CI/CD;
• Understanding of SSO systems, setup, configuration, connection.

Your impact on the result:

• Administer and update internal services;
• Be responsible for supporting and expanding internal infrastructure;
• Support company SaaS services (MDM, Jenkins, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian);
• Provide technical support to company users;
• Prepare equipment and access for company employees;
• Automate key processes of corporate infrastructure;
• Increase the level of security of corporate infrastructure and services;
• Maintain records of IT equipment.
