Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and ensuring a smooth interview process.
Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
