As a Performance Marketing Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of STAGE's online advertising campaigns across Google & Meta platforms and channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to optimize the performance of campaigns, achieve business objectives, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
This role requires a combination of analytical, creative, and strategic thinking to develop scalable and efficient campaign structures. Your expertise in digital marketing, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in driving growth and enhancing the effectiveness of our Growth efforts.
What would you do?
● Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience on Google & Meta platforms.
● Create and manage online retargeting, re-engagement and re-marketing campaigns across Google & Meta platforms such as Google Ads, Display Network, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines
● Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts
● Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve optimal ROI and maintain spend within allocated limits
● Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
● Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business strategies
You should apply if you have :
● Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and other digital marketing tools. ● 3+ years of experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
