Promo Producer

What Will You Do? 

1. Scriptwriting and Concept Development:
   

• Write engaging and persuasive promo scripts and photo shoots for series and films.
  

• Develop innovative concepts and ideas for promotional content that align with the brand's vision and goals.
  

• Think creatively to generate unique marketing and promotional assets that stand out in a competitive market.
  

2. Pre-Production Planning:
   

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to plan and schedule promo shoots.
  

• Prepare detailed shoot plans, including shot lists, location scouting, and talent coordination.
  

• Directly Coordinate with influencers and manage Remote Promo shoot
  

3. On-Location Shoot Management:
   

• Attend and oversee promo shoots to ensure the vision and script are executed accurately.
  

• Manage shoot logistics, including coordinating with directors, cinematographers, and other crew members.
  

• Ensure that all marketing assets are captured as per the plan.
  

4. Post-Production Coordination:
   

• Align and coordinate with the creative team for post-production activities.
  

• Review and provide feedback on edits, ensuring that the final promotional assets meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  

• Ensure timely delivery of all promotional materials.
  

5. Collaboration and Communication:
   

• Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies with overall marketing goals.
  

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow and resolve any production issues.
  

6. Quality Assurance:
   

• Maintain high standards for all promotional content, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and branding
  Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in promo production and incorporate them into the workflow.
  

Requirements

You Should Apply If You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  

• Proven experience as a Promo Producer or in a similar role within the entertainment industry.
  

• Strong script writing skills with a creative flair.
  

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  

• Hands-on experience in video production, including on-location shoots and post-production.
  

• Proficiency with video editing software and production tools.
  

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
