Job Description

Penumbra Europe GmbH seeks a (Sr.) Product Marketing Manager for Neurovascular in Germany & Austria. Responsibilities include developing and executing local marketing strategies and product launches, managing pricing and sales forecasts, conducting market research, creating marketing materials, organizing events, building relationships with KOLs, collaborating with sales teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reporting on performance. The role requires fluency in English and involves working with English-speaking colleagues. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product promotion and achieving revenue goals within the assigned region.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager Germany & Austria (m/f/d) to lead marketing strategies and campaigns within the assigned region. This role involves managing product launches, conducting market research, creating tailored marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support local sales efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute local marketing strategies and product launches in alignment with EMEA teams.
    • Manage pricing, value propositions, and sales forecasts to meet revenue and margin goals.
    • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
    • Create and adapt marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content for local markets.
    • Organize local events, workshops, and educational programs to raise awareness and engage stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, scientific societies, and other external partners.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to provide necessary tools, training, and resources to ensure successful product promotion.
    • Track product performance, analyze feedback, and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and local market requirements.
    • Report regularly on launch progress, competitive analysis, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
