Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be part of the Global Benefits Management team, focusing on advising national and international clients on their global benefit strategy. You will manage a portfolio of multinational companies, ensuring excellent customer relations and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for clients, identifying and resolving ad-hoc client issues, identifying cross-selling and expansion opportunities, and coaching employees. The role also involves conducting presentations and presenting reports.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Experience in HR, Global Benefits, or insurance.
  • Experience in successful (large) customer management.
  • Independent work, responsibility, initiative, and team spirit.
  • Careful, structured, analytical, and reliable work style.
  • Confident demeanor and customer orientation.
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

Account Manager (m/w/d) - Global Benefits Management

In dieser Position bist Du Teil des in seiner Form weltweit einzigartigen Global Benefits Management (GBM) Teams, das sich auf die Beratung nationaler und internationaler Kundinnen und Kunden im Hinblick auf ihre globale Benefit Strategie spezialisiert hat. Unser internationales, diverses und hochmotiviertes Team von ca. 9.000 Expert:innen hilft Unternehmen in 150 Ländern, ihre Benefits effektiv zu verwalten, um für ihre Mitarbeitenden eine bessere Zukunft zu gestalten. Als Account Manager (m/w/d) betreust Du ein Portfolio multinationaler Unternehmen und stellst eine ausgezeichnete Kundenbindung und –zufriedenheit sicher.

  • Diese Stelle ist eine kundenorientierte Position, die das Management von Versicherungsleistungen unterstützt und sich auf die strategische und operative Seite der Benefits für globale Kunden konzentriert

  • Account Management für multinationale Unternehmen – Du hast ein klares Verständnis für die Prioritäten des Kunden und findest in Kooperation mit unserem Team maßgeschneiderte Lösungen

  • Funktion als erste Ansprechperson für Deine Kunden

  • Identifizierung, Beaufsichtigung und Lösung von Ad-hoc-Kundenproblemen inkl. Adhoc Anfragen

  • Identifizierung von Cross-Selling- und Expansionsmöglichkeiten

  • Coaching von Mitarbeitenden

  • Durchführung von Präsentationen und Vorstellung von Ergebnisberichten

Das macht Dich aus: 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. in BWL, Psychologie, Kommunikation, Personalmanagement.)

  • Starke Kommunikationskompetenz und gewandte Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR, Global Benefits oder Versicherungen

  • Erfahrung im erfolgreichen (Groß-) Kundenmanagement

  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Initiative und Teamgeist

  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte, analytische und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

  • Souveränes Auftreten und Kundenorientierung

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team
