The North America (NA) Consumer PS business is a successful organization with a strong #1 PC market share, exciting new products, and opportunities for continued growth.
We are seeking a bold, strategic, and creative 4P Category Business Developer to lead the growth and development of HP’s NA Consumer ARM-powered PC business.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the HP + ARM PC category from the ground up, working across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Channel, and 4P teams to define how we bring this innovation to life in the U.S. retail landscape.
This role requires a business builder mindset—someone passionate about shaping the future, breaking barriers, and driving bold bets that will position HP as the #1 OEM for ARM-powered PCs.
This is a senior, high-visibility role that combines product knowledge, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership. The individual must successfully operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, providing strategic, data-driven, and innovative solutions. They will set direction, develop business plans, and influence key stakeholders. While this is a functional leadership role, it does not include people management as the primary function.

ARM powered notebooks are transforming what’s possible in the PC space—AI, battery life, connectivity, and performance. HP has the ambition to lead this category, and this role is critical to unlocking that leadership.
Responsibilities:
Lead the business development strategy for HP’s ARM-powered Consumer PC portfolio in North America.
Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap, lifecycle, and hero SKU definitions.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams.
Define positioning and messaging strategies to clearly differentiate ARM-powered PCs in a competitive market.
Work side-by-side with the WW 4P, Alliances and PM team to ensure portfolio competitiveness across all key price bands.
Collaborate with sales to identify new routes to market, key accounts, and promotional moments to drive scale.
Act as internal “evangelist” for ARM processors, ensuring awareness, understanding, and excitement across the HP ecosystem.
Identify business risks and opportunities, turning insights into action to accelerate growth and share gains.
Represent NA voice-of-customer and market in global meetings, influencing WW strategy and investments.
Track performance, share evolution, attach, and revenue targets—adjust plans as needed to overdeliver.
Education and Experience Required:
University or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Planning or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Typically 12+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.
Demonstrated Management/ Team leadership experience.
