Senior Business Analyst (Portal Development & Digital Transformation)

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating bilingual portal requirements and workflows for a large-scale citizen engagement platform. This includes conducting bilingual requirement gathering workshops, defining portal modules, workflows, and admin functionalities. The analyst will also document user journeys, create user stories, and validate Copilot agent use cases and champion dashboard designs. The role requires strong documentation and communication skills in English, with Arabic as a strong plus. The candidate should have experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Must Have

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Platform).

Location:

Remote (WFH), with occasional travel to the MENA region (2-10 days)
